About Richie

I love entertaining, always have! It all began at the age of 11 when I did a magic show for my baby sister. Fast forward many decades and I still love to amaze children, make them belly laugh and have fun with their friends. I enjoy adapting and perfecting my shows to make them fresh, original and captivating. Nowadays, only activities that are thoroughly enjoyed by everyone (including me) make it into my parties. It’s so important to me that I grab everyone’s attention throughout the party and that children and parents are having a better time than they could have imagined.

Do you bring your own music and equipment?

Please don’t worry, Richie will bring with him everything required for the entertainment, including music, magic, games, circus skills, bubbles etc.

What stands you out from the crowd?

Richie Rich provides completely bespoke parties to suit the needs of his clients and ensure they get the very best for their children. With 15 years’ experience entertaining children, Richie has continually perfected his shows and activities to guarantee all the children will love it!

What happens if Richie Rich isn’t available on the date of our party?

Richie also has a group of amazing, professional entertainers working for him, so if he can’t make it, he’ll have someone standing by to take his place!

We most commonly service the following areas: Edgware, Borehamwood, Mill Hill, Stanmore, Barnet, Bushey, Pinner, Radlett, Hendon, Golders Green, Finchley, Highgate, Crouch End, Muswell Hill, Hampstead, Cricklewood, Belsize Park, Camden, Islington, Enfield, Haringey and much more.
We also cover all other within London, as well as the home counties, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Essex, Kent, and sometimes further afield.

Can Richie cater for children of all ages?

Richie entertains children of all ages from toddlers up to teenagers. If you have a mix of ages at your party or event then chat to Richie and he’ll design a package that will be perfect for all the children.

Is Richie DBS checked and Insured?

Absolutely. Richie has an enhanced DBS check and full public and employers liability insurance. Please ask for more details.

Does Richie allow time in his parties for a break for food and drink?

This is entirely up to you. Typically, a 1-hour show runs straight through, a 1.5-hour party includes a 1-hour show and 30 mins of balloon modelling whilst the children have tea and a 2 hour show finishes with 30 mins more entertainment at the end. However, this can all be changed if desired. Richie will discuss this with you and is always very adaptable to your needs.

Can Richie come dressed up to match the theme of the party?

Richie will come dressed in his magician’s attire as standard but if you’d like him to come dressed up, please ask. He has got a huge wardrobe with anything from Spiderman to a clown and will be only too happy to accommodate.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Richie will always do his best to accommodate a party at short notice, but he does get booked up far in advance so, to avoid disappointment, please get in touch as early as you can. Of course, if he can’t make it, he has got some great entertainers who hopefully can.

How do I confirm a booking?

Richie takes a deposit to reserve bookings which, once received, locks them in the diary.
